Origins of Melanotan 2

Melanotan 2 was developed by the University of Arizona which is in Tucson Arizona, the Uni ver tasked to come up with a solution which made the skin give itself better protection and reduce the risk of skin cancer. The researchers at the University discovered and named the product Melanotan. Melanotan is a powerful peptide which stimulates and mimics the bodies natural hormone MSH and and the process which makes the skin tan (when your skin tans this is your bodies natural defence).  Initial trials with Melanotan gave fantastic results and soon it became widely used by the general public. Over the following years Melanotan was tweaked and refined into what we know today as Melanotan 2 (MT2). Melanotan 2 gives the same fantastic results a the original Melanotan however the tan lasts longer giving the user a greater overall experience.

 

What is MSH

MSH stands for Melanocyte-stimulating Hormone this stimulates certain receptors in the skin that encourage tanning to protect the skin and enhance DNA.

Increased Libido

Many users both male and female have reported increase libido and males have reported longer lasting erections when using Melanotan 2 however, Melanotan 2 should not be used for this sole purpose for men with erectile disfunction. We would suggest you see your Doctor for specific medication to help with this.

Melanotan 1 or Melanotan 2

Many original users of Melanotan still prefer it in it’s original form, unfortunately we only supply Melanotan 2 tanning Injections, we do this purposely as users of both the original formula and what is available today we feel the benefite of Melanotan 2 outstrip the benefits on the original Melanotan.
