IMPORTANT POSTAL INFORMATION: Due to ongoing Royal Mail strike action taking place postal delays are likely. This action does not affect EU shipping.
Shipping UK (shipping our Melanotan 2 Tanning Injections within the UK). Delivery estimates are for Mainland UK, Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland may take 1-2 days longer.
Option 1: Royal Mail 1st Class with proof of delivery for £4.95, delivery normally 1-5 working days from posting (due to Royal Mail COVID 19 staff shortages), we give paid shipping priority and endeavour to ship orders which are made before 1.30 pm the same day, all orders will be shipped within 24hrs of processing (excluding bank holidays and weekends). PLEASE NOTE DURING COVID RESTRICTIONS YOU WILL NOT SIGN FOR YOUR PARCEL
Option 2: Free Shipping: Orders over £20 are applicable for free postage, these orders will be shipped within 48hrs of processing (excluding bank holidays and weekends). Delivery will normally take 2-7 working days from posting. PLEASE NOTE DURING COVID RESTRICTIONS YOU WILL NOT SIGN FOR YOUR PARCEL.
Option 3: NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED £5.05 please note if you chose this tracking will show as delivered only.
Both Options 1, 2 & 3 are not a full tracked service the tracking shows if the item has been delivered or a delivery has been attempted.
Option 4: Priority Delivery FULLY TRACKED £8,55 orders must be placed before 1.30pm Mon to Fri or it will be shipped the next working day (please note we do not ship on a Saturday or Sunday). If ordered on a Friday this does not guarantee a Saturday delivery. this is a fully tracked service. IMPORTANT: posting and delivery does not include Bank Holidays or Weekends (orders after 1.30pm on Friday will be shipped Monday excluding Bank Holidays). PLEASE NOTE DURING COVID RESTRICTIONS THE POSTMAN WILL SIGN ON YOUR BEHALF.
Option 4 is a fully tracked service with email and sms notifications.
You will be auto emailed with a Royal Mail reference number where you’ll be able to check on your parcels delivery status on the Royal Mail website. Please note these emails sometimes go into junk/spam mail if the email goes there please mark as not junk.

UAE customers are experiencing delays of up to 4 days from orders arriving in their country, please allow 10 working days before raising a query. Please note UAE Post are now asking for a PO box to ensure delivery.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of giving your package to the return us. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly). The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days after receipt of return). The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
