For optimum results:
Every second day – one NuTan™ patch every second day. UV session every second day – 10 Minutes in a tancan / 20 minutes on a sunbed / 30 minutes in direct sunlight.
For quick results:
Every third day – one NuTan™ triple strength patch every third day. UV session every third day – 10 Minutes in a tancan / 20 minutes on a sunbed / 30 minutes in direct sunlight.
Once you have the perfect tan, one patch to be used once or twice a week with UV to maintain your tan and keep it indefinitely.
Some first time users need more than one kit for optimal results.

I used these prior to going to Turkey in September 2020 and whilst I was there. Got a brilliant tan compared to when I used the injections, these patches are lovely as no side effects whatsoever.
