i usually just burn in the sun, even with factor 30.
I used this for a couple of months before a trip to morocco recently and even before i went to morocco i was getting compliments on my tan, i used the sunbeds 2 times a week for 3 minutes each session to activate it.
my beard hair started growing in much darker and after a few tentative days of normal suncream behavour in morocco (factor 50 then down to 30) i ended up just using 20 all the time and not getting super scared if i hadnt recovered myself in cream after being in the water.
My first sunshine holiday where i havent been burnt, havent had to constantly beware the sun, have actually been able to concentrate on enjoying the holiday.
if you start low dosage (like 0.03) and build it up then the side effects of loading arent really anything to talk about.
